We seek a Senior Agency Development Manager to accelerate platform adoption and commercial growth across Publicis, WPP, and Havas in the United States, prioritizing New York or Chicago due to agency proximity.

You will partner with COEs, enable programmatic leadership, and remove adoption barriers while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital advertising, programmatic media, or ad-tech.
• Experience with agency Holding Companies (Publicis, WPP, or Havas).
• Ability to influence adoption across large organizations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• HoldCo Activation & COE Partnership: translate agreements into activation paths for Publicis, WPP, and Havas.
• Platform Expertise & Programmatic Media Strategy: advise on campaign goals, buying models, and activation paths.
• Sales Partnership & Opportunity Development: connect COEs with Sales/Account Management and advance opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Strategy & Market Insights: translate feedback into guidance for Product, Solutions, Marketing, and leadership.
