Job summary
ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Advisory Solution Architect for Government Healthcare and Education to drive technical discovery, design solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations. You will partner with Sales to win complex cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS deals, translating capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Remote-friendly with 25–50% travel, you’ll engage executives and technical teams across large districts and agencies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical role.
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
- Experience supporting complex cybersecurity or enterprise platform sales.
- Strong cybersecurity, identity and access, governance and risk knowledge.
- Solid enterprise networking knowledge: routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, firewalls.
- Familiarity with network traffic capture and telemetry.
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
- BS degree in CS, MIS, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and validation.
- Deliver compelling demos and POVs.
- Deploy and support POC engagements.
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Lead training sessions and collaborate with Product, Enablement and Marketing.
- Travel as required, typically 25–50%.
