Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior pre-sales solutions consultant focused on Federal security. You will lead technical discovery, map customer challenges to ServiceNow capabilities, and drive outcomes for DoD and Federal SI customers.

In this role you will deliver product demos, orchestrate proof-of-value engagements in live federal environments, and collaborate with security architects to articulate value. This is a high-impact, customer-facing position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Experience supporting Federal, DoD, or Federal System Integrator customers.
