Job summary

Quora is a remote-first company and this Customer Success Manager role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will be the main point of contact for a diverse portfolio of advertisers, owning the customer experience and driving success on Quora's advertising platform.

You will advise advertisers, work cross-functionally with teams, and bring analytics-driven insights to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing advertising campaigns with NA market focus.
• Experience with search and social campaigns.
• Strong communication with clients at all levels including C-suite.
• Comfortable working with beta products and providing technical support.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage a portfolio of advertising clients.
• Provide strategic guidance to opportunities within accounts to scale revenue.
• Troubleshoot questions related to campaign delivery and optimization.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and regular check-ins with advertisers.
• Share learnings and best practices internally and externally.
• Forecast and track key account data for internal projections.
