Job summary

Questex is seeking a Client Success Specialist for a fully remote role (US only). You will manage pre- and post-launch activities, coordinate with sales and clients, and ensure campaigns and content delivery meet objective of connecting buyers and sellers.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years in client-facing roles, excellent communication, and strong project management, with familiarity in HTML, Photoshop, and marketing automation tools. We support remote work from the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client/customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work with clients via email and phone.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-launch responsibilities interfacing with multiple departments to meet client objectives.
• Oversee advertising campaigns: trafficking, targeting, pacing, optimization and reporting.
• Provide product/marketing feedback to improve tools and processes.
