Job summary

Questex is seeking a Client Success Specialist with strong people and time management skills to plan and manage multiple client programs from advertising campaigns to content delivery.

You will collaborate with sales and clients to ensure program delivery, overseeing pre- and post-launch activities, analyzing performance, and providing actionable recommendations. Remote role (U.S. only) with a dynamic, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client/customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal skills, confident communicating with clients via email and phone.
• Attention to detail; organized, proactive, analytical, and a team player.
• Experience with HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and marketing automation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and support all pre- and post-launch responsibilities, interfacing with multiple departments to meet client objectives, including day-to-day management of advertising campaigns (trafficking, targeting, pacing, optimization, reporting) and creating custom promotional plans for engagement.
• Analyze program performance through digital marketing metrics and provide recommendations based on results.
• Manage escalation of risks, issues and dependencies; make decisions and take mitigating actions as required.
• Provide product and marketing operations with user feedback and insights related to internal tools and products.
• Educate clients/partners on digital marketing best practices and address areas for improvement.
• Build relationships and ask the right questions to ensure successful program results.
