Ladders is seeking a Senior Acoustical & Vibration Engineer to join a leader in Manufacturing & Automotive. The role supports acoustical consultants and MEP engineers across North America, translating product performance into practical specifications.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen technical credibility, improve documentation, and influence product-related decisions in a highly engineered environment. Remote work is supported.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in acoustical or MEP consulting, focusing on mechanical noise and vibration design.
• Hands-on experience with vibration isolation, noise control, and related systems.
• Strong knowledge of noise and vibration criteria, measurement tools, and data analysis.
• Ability to read and critique architectural and mechanical drawings, and write specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-specialists.
• Established network within the acoustical consulting community.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with acoustical consultants and MEP engineers across North America
• Review project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with design intent
• Serve as the primary technical resource for consultant inquiries regarding product performance
• Develop technical guidance and training materials for internal teams
• Advise leadership on product development and documentation for specifications
