Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Senior Acoustical & Vibration Engineer to lead the expansion of its vibration isolation and acoustic capabilities. You will act as the technical bridge to acoustical consultants, review designs, and advise on how best to meet specification intent.

You will develop guidance, support internal teams, and eventually provide direct consulting on projects. A PE or similar credential is preferred, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, architectural engineering, acoustics, or related field.
• 8+ years at acoustical/MEP firm with vibration and noise design responsibility.
• Experience with equipment isolation, structure-borne noise, floating floors, and pipe/duct isolation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with acoustical consultants and engineers.
• Review project specs and drawings for vibration and seismic controls.
• Provide technical guidance on product performance and design criteria.
• Develop internal guidance notes, training materials, and documentation.
