Larson Davis is seeking a Field Application Engineer to drive revenue growth by cultivating new and existing customer relationships across the Eastern United States. This remote role requires travel and offers a hybrid option for Cincinnati-based work when not traveling.

The position emphasizes customer training, product demonstrations, and collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, and Product Development to tailor solutions. Expect frequent travel and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Four year degree or equivalent specialized training.
• Experience in dynamic instrumentation or acoustics desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows profitable top-line results within the assigned territory.
• Travels 50–75% for customer visits, sales meetings and trade shows.
• Generates new business leads and follows up on campaigns and quotes.
• Schedules visits with customers and new prospects.
• Performs product demonstrations and trains customers in proper use of equipment.
• Provides quotes and follows up on leads in a timely manner.
