Jobgether seeks an experienced Strategic ACO Contract Manager to lead complex provider contracts and value-based arrangements in a remote US role. You will develop contracting strategies, balance financial performance with quality outcomes, and manage the full lifecycle from negotiation to renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of healthcare contracting experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex provider contracts.
• Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills.
• Experience with risk-based and value-based contracting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contract disputes.
• Evaluate network performance and opportunities for cost and quality improvement.
• Contribute to network development and provider recruitment.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements including ACO and value-based models.
• Analyze complex financial arrangements and risk-based contracting structures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contracts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
