Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Senior Account Manager, T&HS, US/CAN, to drive Texture & Healthful Solutions sales across existing and prospective accounts. You will strengthen relationships, call on accounts, and bring innovative solutions to market.

As part of the Go-to-Market team, you will collaborate with Technical Service, Marketing, Product Managers, Finance, and others to grow profitability and share of wallet while delivering strategic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Food Science, Chemical Engineering) or Business.
• 5+ years of direct or technical sales experience, preferably in Food & Beverage.
• Proven track record managing complex accounts and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans to create long-term value for customers, including objectives, milestones, and opportunities.
• Build strong multi-level relationships to drive growth and address challenges.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Marketing, Product Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to increase share of wallet and profitability.
• Conduct market analysis, understand trends, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and manage proposals and RFPs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and reporting.
