Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Texture & Healthful Solutions in the US/CAN. You will develop strategic account plans, maximize sales with existing and prospective customers, and strengthen relationships while driving innovation across multiple categories.

You will collaborate with Technical Service, Marketing, Product Managers, Finance, and others to grow profitability, analyze market trends, and negotiate contracts. Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Food Science, Chemical Engineering) or Business.
• 5+ years of direct or technical sales experience, preferably in Food & Beverage.
• Proven track record managing complex accounts and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic account plans to create long-term value for customers, including objectives, milestones, and opportunities.
• Build strong multi-level relationships to drive growth and address challenges.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Marketing, Product Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to increase share of wallet and profitability.
• Conduct market analysis, understand trends, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and manage proposals and RFPs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and reporting.
