Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency account management or client services experience in digital marketing.
• Direct experience with DTC and eCommerce brands, with an understanding of what drives growth for them (acquisition, retention, promotions, seasonality).
• Familiarity with major marketing platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo, and Postscript, and what the key metrics in each one mean.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication on performance, priorities, timelines, and next steps.
• Set and manage client expectations, and flag risks and opportunities before they become problems.
• Keep a pulse on client satisfaction and relationship health.
• Identify opportunities to grow the relationship, including expanded scope and additional channels.
• Track budgets, spend, and pacing against monthly and quarterly plans.
• Work with strategists to explain performance against goals, including when ahead/behind/changing course.
• Lead client calls and internal syncs; capture decisions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with strategists, designers, copywriters, and project managers to keep timelines on track.
