Job summary

BlueTuskr, a full-service e-commerce growth agency, seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships for a portfolio of 6–8 ecommerce brands. You will oversee Account Strategists, coaching them to build trust, spot risks early, and drive proactive ideas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience with direct client management.
• Experience mentoring or leading Account Managers/Strategists.
• Familiarity with paid media, organic media, or creative concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to translate complex work for clients.
• Comfort managing a portfolio of multiple clients concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 6–8 ecommerce clients, guiding strategy and performance.
• Proactively share ideas, recommendations, and updates with clients rather than waiting for inquiries.
• Escalate and manage client sentiment, monitor risks and reduce churn.
• Structure and improve the client experience, including visits, check-ins, and value-added touches.
• Monitor performance and client sentiment; flag risks early and escalate as needed.
• Translate updates from performance and project management teams into clear client communications.
