Qualifications

• 4+ years in agency account management or client services on paid social with Meta as a primary revenue channel.
• Ecommerce / DTC (Shopify) experience.
• Proven ability to write hooks and ad copy that deliver results.
• Experience briefing designers and leading creative feedback loops.
• Fluent in Meta Ads Manager reporting at ad and creative levels.
• Strong communication with directors, CMOs, and founders.
• Ability to manage several accounts within hours and retainers.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship with weekly calls, notes, roadmaps and status updates.
• Manage delivery scope, priorities, timelines and hours across the internal team; flag scope creep.
• Develop a clear creative strategy with territories, angles, audiences and a testing roadmap.
• Write hooks and on-screen copy, primary text and headlines; generate multiple ideas monthly.
• Create precise briefs for designers and provide sharp feedback on results.
• Analyze hook rate, hold rate, frequency, fatigue and cost per result; explain findings to clients.
• Iterate by extending winning hooks, formats and framings rather than starting from scratch.
