Job summary

BrandJump is seeking an Account Manager to own engagement with internet retailers on behalf of brand partners. You will create strategic growth plans and collaborate with Brand Management, Merchandising, Creative, and Operations to drive online sales.

You will lead onboarding, negotiations, and trainings while coordinating cross-functional teams to execute plans. A strong track record in ecommerce and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Ecommerce Buying or Merchandising role
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Home furnishings experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Solid retail math skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth plans for internet retailers on behalf of brand partners.
• Forecast and achieve sales targets for each retailer.
• Lead onboarding, negotiations, and trainings for retailers.
• Coordinate with BrandJump teams on brand strategies and calendars.
• Manage retailer assortments and marketing activities.
• Schedule and lead retailer meetings and provide recap plans.
• Travel 20% to key retailer accounts.
• Track time and deliverables across partners and retailers.
