North Davis Project Illumination is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships end-to-end and guide high-level, full-funnel strategy alongside internal channel teams. You will be the strategic partner for high-growth ecommerce brands, leading recurring meetings and translating performance into clear narratives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management or similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals.
• Able to pull insights from ecommerce metrics like ROAS, AOV, LTV.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through across meetings and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships as the primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Lead bi-weekly client meetings translating data into strategic narratives.
• Review performance across key metrics, spotting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Guide full-funnel strategic direction based on performance.
• Translate client communication into actionable internal direction.
• Reinforce value to drive retention through clear leadership.
