Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager II to lead operations for servicing and retaining clients with a focus on flawless implementations and ongoing relationship management. You’ll manage onboarding, implementation, and renewal phases for multiple business units, ensuring service levels and satisfaction.

You will coordinate across internal teams, analyze claims, and drive value for clients while maintaining strict adherence to service agreements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook.
• Experience as a user of multiple business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational aspects of servicing and retaining clients.
• Manage transition of new business into MedImpact effectively and timely.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout lifecycle from conception to renewal.
• Lead the client team and coordinate with internal partners to meet obligations.
• Document procedures, testing, and claims analysis with accuracy.
• Oversee implementation for onboarding of new business and sign-off documents.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and provide status updates to leadership.
