Job summary

Integrated Hire seeks an Account Manager – Client Services to support onboarding, client communication, and ongoing client success. This role emphasizes problem solving, ownership, and ensuring a smooth client experience from sign-on through the hiring process and beyond.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable speaking with US-based clients across time zones. Fully remote role with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles
• Experience working with US-based clients
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple clients
• Comfortable leading client calls and handling difficult conversations
• Strong judgment and problem-solving ability with unhappy clients

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client issues and drive them through resolution
• Lead onboarding calls and manage handover from sales to delivery
• Communicate with clients, set expectations, and provide timelines
• Coordinate with recruitment and leadership to resolve problems quickly
• Coordinate interview scheduling and collect post-interview feedback
