Job summary

MedImpact is seeking an Account Manager I-III to remotely manage client relationships across multiple business units from San Diego. You will lead onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service delivery while coordinating with internal partners to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in account management in healthcare, strong PM/coordination skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of account management or client service experience in healthcare.
• Project Management or Project Coordination experience using best practices.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as Medicaid, CMS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational servicing and retention of clients across the lifecycle.
• Onboard and implement new business for existing clients with flawless documentation and sign-off.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service levels, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
