Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Principal, Account Management to provide strategic support to a state client and oversee a multi-disciplinary team including Finance, Implementation, Call Center and Business Operations.

You will ensure compliance with contract terms, manage program requirements, and drive additional revenue while maintaining client satisfaction and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 8+ years related experience in the health services or healthcare programs.
• 4+ years leading individual contributors and leaders of leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead an account team and develop state-specific business plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines and budgets while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Health Services, and Sales leadership to improve processes.
