Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking an Account Manager I-III to lead client servicing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management across 30+ business units, ensuring alignment with service agreements and timely delivery.

This role requires solid account management and project coordination experience in healthcare, with travel up to 30% and a strong focus on building value, resolving issues, and driving renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' account management or related client/customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 1+ years’ proven experience with Project Management or Project Coordination.
• Must be familiar with Medicaid, CMS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships from onboarding through lifecycle.
• Manage service levels and operational support for client requirements.
• Coordinate projects across business units and ensure timely deliverables.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, sign-off and site visits.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
