Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, product management, solutions consulting, or program/project management in pharma/healthcare tech.
• Ability to manage structured project plans, timelines, and status tracking.
• Ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing templates, playbooks, and repeatable templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for pharma clients with project plans, timelines, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional work for program stand-up, including hub integrations and training.
• Drive milestones across product, engineering, and clinical teams and maintain alignment.
• Create onboarding materials, training, and documentation; build repeatable templates and playbooks.
• Advise on workflow design and configuration best practices for ongoing programs.
• Represent implementation learnings to product, engineering, and clinical teams.
• Support live programs with workflow optimization recommendations.
