Job summary

Archimedes is seeking a Sr. Account Manager in the United States to manage key client relationships and coordinate with internal teams on project scopes and timelines. The role combines direct client interaction with operational project management to deliver value and escalate issues as needed.

The position emphasizes client relationship building, problem solving, and collaboration with call centers and product teams to meet client needs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmacy benefits industry.
• Proven experience successfully managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
