Progress Software Corporation is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Southwest US remote territory. You will own a broad geographic area, prospect for new logos, expand installed bases, and drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals from discovery to close.

You will partner with systems integrators and channel partners, manage executive relationships, and forecast accurately in CRM while aligning to procurement timelines and funding cycles.

Qualifications

• Proven field-based B2B technology sales experience.
• Experience driving six- and seven-figure deals.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a broad geographic territory in the Southwest US.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close, including RFPs and contracts.
• Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with program owners and executives.
• Coordinate with partners, SI, MSPs, and channel partners to create pipeline.
