Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow a client base and expand relationships in the mid-size to enterprise retail space. You will own the full sales cycle, selling POS software, hardware, and payment solutions to decision-makers across departments.

This remote, US-based role offers a base salary of $100K–$120K plus commissions, with an existing book of business and significant growth opportunities in retail technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in technology.
• Experience selling POS, retail technology, or related tech.
• Experience selling to mid-size or enterprise organizations.
• Proven success managing complex sales cycles and strategic accounts.
• Experience with new business development and existing account growth.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable selling to multiple stakeholders and leadership levels.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business with mid-size and enterprise retailers.
• Manage and grow an existing book of business.
• Sell POS software, hardware, payment solutions, self-checkout, and related services.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across departments and levels.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Lead complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
