The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience, with a track record selling POS, retail technology, payment solutions, or related technology to mid-size or enterprise organizations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional sales experience.
• Experience selling POS systems, retail technology, payment solutions, or related technology.
• Proven success selling technology solutions to mid-size or enterprise organizations.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and strategic accounts.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Sell POS software, hardware, payment solutions, and professional services to retail organizations.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across multiple departments and levels.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Lead complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and internal teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and present solutions.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide timely sales forecasts.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Stay current on POS technology, retail trends, and competitive offerings.
