Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services in a remote capacity to law firms nationwide. This role targets growth through strategic outreach, proven sales results, and a strong network in the legal sector.

OTE is $200,000+ with uncapped earning potential. You will generate leads, manage relationships, present service options, negotiate terms, and collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to training programs for clients.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business organically.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials; plan & conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases while coordinating with customer service and report progress.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services from competing firms.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
