Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leads and grows sales territory in line with company goals.
• Plans to expand customer base and develops client education programs.
• Must have a strong rolodex with law firms in territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads; grow book of business organically.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain materials.
• Collaborate with customer service; report progress; improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competitors for market pricing and offerings.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Present company products and services to clients; negotiate contracts.
• Conduct product training and maintain sales activity records.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
