Acloché LLC is seeking a virtual Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms across the United States. The role emphasizes building a robust client base, strategic lead generation, and effective presentations of our offerings.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience in court reporting, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to negotiate, build relationships, and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Establishes plans to expand the customer base and contributes to client training programs.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.

Responsabilités

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials; plan direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service; report progress and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and product trainings.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales contracts.
