Acloché LLC is seeking a virtual Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms. The role requires 2+ years of experience in selling court reporting services to law firms and a proven ability to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will generate leads, maintain a client database, and lead presentations and proposals. A strong rolodex with law firms in your territory is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree and a track record of success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Establishes plans to expand the customer base and contribute to client training programs.
• Must have a strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.

Responsabilités

• Generate/qualify leads, grow current book of business organically.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials. Plan & conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases while working with customer service, report progress, and make recommendations to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competing firms to be aware of market pricing, products, and services.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients & develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts & conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
• OTE $200,000 +++
