Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide. This role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline and closing high-value opportunities through strategic outreach and consultative selling.

Candidates need at least 2+ years of relevant sales experience, a strong rolodex within law firms, and a bachelor's degree. The role offers an ambitious OTE of around $200,000+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities; maintain materials.
• Collaborate with customer service; report progress and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery and analyze competitors.
• Attend educational and networking events; present products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals; present contracts and training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports; respond to inquiries; ensure relationships.
