Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms
• Proven track record in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values
• Plans and strategies to expand customer base in marketing area and contributes to training programs for clients

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business
• Source and develop client referrals
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing activities
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress and improve client satisfaction
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts to clients
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships
• Follow up on sales activities
