Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Plans to expand customer base and develop client training programs.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and grow book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain materials.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational and networking events.
• Develop and present proposals and conduct product training.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales contracts.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
• OTE $200,000 +++
