Zaddy Solutions is seeking a remote-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms across the United States.

You will generate leads, grow the book of business, manage client relationships, and present our offerings at events while meeting aggressive sales targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in professional services sales, a strong Rolodex within top law firms, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a strong rolodex with law firms in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials and conduct direct marketing.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and make recommendations.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
• Present product training to clients and negotiate with them.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities; OTE $200,000+.
