Job summary

A-Alpha Bio, a Seattle-based biotech platform, seeks a Senior Account Executive to own end-to-end sales for Western North America and APAC. You will hunt logos, expand existing accounts, and manage bookings across the full product portfolio, working with marketing, science teams, and legal to close substantial deals.

Candidates should have 5–8 years in quota-carrying scientific sales, with proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder cycles.

Qualifications

Required degree and 5–8 years of quota-carrying sales experience in pharma/biotech.
Experience selling to scientific audiences and complex platforms.
Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

Own revenue for Western North America and APAC; sell full portfolio.
Source, qualify and close net-new business through outbound and inbound channels.
Manage and expand existing territory accounts.
Run multi-stakeholder sales cycles with procurement, legal, and executives.
Communicate technical value and coordinate with internal scientific teams.
Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
Prepare quotes and coordinate agreements with deal desk and legal.
Develop APAC market and represent at regional events as needed.
Utilize AI tools to support prospecting and planning.
