Job summary

Bio-Rad seeks an Account Executive for the Life Sciences team, based in Seattle, WA, responsible for driving sales growth across the Pacific Northwest. You will review inquiries, respond to quotes, and manage opportunities in Salesforce, while engaging with customers to advance opportunities and ensure consumables align with workflows.

You will build a strong pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand Bio-Rad’s footprint and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & presentation skills with verbal and written proficiency.
• Demonstrated scientific understanding and fluency in genome/proteomics workflows.
• 8 years of sales experience with focus on Genomics/Proteomics capital equipment & consumables portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive adoption of Genomics/Proteomics solutions and achieve sales targets.
• Engage with academic customers through on-site visits to demonstrate and sell consumables and equipment.
• Build and manage a healthy sales funnel with CRM updates and forecasting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Field Application Specialists, and Marketing to expand Bio-Rad’s footprint.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and timely reporting to leadership.
