Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Mid-Market Benelux region, primarily remote, with Ireland-based eligibility for remote work. The role focuses on closing new business using inbound strategies, demos, and a strong value proposition to small and mid-sized clients.

This is a full closing, inside sales position with remote or flex office options. Candidates should have 3 years of closing sales experience, English fluency, and a proven track record of meeting quota.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Closing Sales experience
• Fluency in English – Dutch or French nice to have
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Track record of high performance (e.g. over quota)
• Sharp focus on goals and achieving them

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges prospects face and discover inbound marketing solutions
• Close new business at or above quota level
• Nurture relationships with qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy with new features
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to HubSpot’s mission
