Job summary

Avalon is seeking a Senior Account Director for eDiscovery & Legal Solutions to grow our client base with law firms and corporate legal departments. This remote, full-time role focuses on developing new relationships across the eDiscovery lifecycle.

You will lead consultative conversations, manage the full sales cycle, and expand client relationships across Avalon's suite of services, including digital forensics, processing, hosting, and staffing.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of B2B sales or business-development experience.
• Experience selling to law firms or corporate legal departments.
• Proven ability to develop new business through outbound prospecting.
• Experience carrying an individual sales quota.
• Familiarity with the eDiscovery lifecycle and related services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and other organizations with eDiscovery needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
• Develop credibility as a trusted resource with attorneys and legal operations teams.
• Own opportunities from prospecting through close and coordinate pricing and proposals.
• Expand relationships across Avalon's broader capabilities and services.
