Job summary

Epiq is seeking an Account Director to lead strategic relationships across our litigation services footprint. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, drive revenue in your territory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

In this remote, Seattle-based role, you will hunt for new opportunities, conduct executive meetings, present complex solutions, and ensure client satisfaction while meeting annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven success in selling professional services and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and coordinate internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the application and sale of litigation support services for your territory.
• Identify opportunities to upsell within client businesses.
• Partner with Sales Management to align market strategies and meet revenue targets.
• Conduct hunting activities to identify needs of new potential clients.
• Schedule and attend sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Account management of existing and newly added clients.
• Diligently work to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Coordinate billing and project activities with internal teams to support client engagements.
• Meet daily sales outstanding goals for your assigned territory.
• Work within company policies to complete sales reports.
