Job summary

Apt Search in the United States seeks a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will advise clients across the EDRM, guide scoping, collection, processing and production, and lead a team responsible for the work.

You’ll sit between the client teams and the production team, shaping how matters are run from early scoping through delivery, directing workflow, ensuring defensibility, and overseeing final quality control on productions before release.

Qualifications

• Hands-on eDiscovery project management across the full EDRM.
• Experience leading processing and production work.
• Expert level with Relativity (RelOne) or Reveal.
• Consultative, client-facing style for attorneys and legal teams.
• Deep knowledge of processing and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across the EDRM, from scoping and collection through production.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for processing and productions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for clients and internal teams on workflow and defensibility.
• Recommend the approach on each matter and manage it through to delivery.
• Oversee quality control on productions before release.
