Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team under supervision of the AM/AE/Producer. The role emphasizes accurate renewals, policy management, and effective client communication.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in insurance customer service, knowledge of brokerage processes, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business: research, underwriting information, pricing, proposals, bind coverage, and issuance follow-up.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and uphold policies.
