The role requires 3+ years in insurance customer service, solid knowledge of brokerage practices, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Monitor policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related documents.
• Assist in new and renewal business support, submissions, coverages, and pricing.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
