Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, under the direction of an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer. You will assist with renewals, endorsements, submissions, and policy issuance for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance customer service, licensing (CISR preferred), strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, invoices and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business: gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and pricing, bind coverage and issue policies.
