Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client service support to the account team, under supervision of AM/AE/Producer. The role involves policy management, endorsements, renewals, submissions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in insurance customer service, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing, CISR preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of team support and account personnel
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents
• Support new and renewal business processes, prepare submissions, and bind coverages
• Review contracts for proper coverages
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team
• Deliver high-quality service and anticipate client needs
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures
• Seek continuous improvements and best practices
• Demonstrate IOA values and leadership
