Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of support staff and ensure workflow.
• Track policy expirations and secure timely renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business from research to proposals and binding.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Track activity and suspense for timely completion.
• Maintain transparent communication with the team on workload.
• Deliver proactive service and responsiveness to requests.
• Stay updated on company policies.
