Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client support within the account team. This remote-friendly role focuses on renewals, endorsements, and service excellence for contractors, hospitality, and real estate clients.

You will monitor policy expirations, assist with submissions, and maintain accurate data in agency systems while collaborating with the AM/AE/Producer to meet quality standards and client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business: gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and assist in binders.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and oversee collections.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
