Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and renewals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts and maintaining data accuracy in systems.
• Maintain timely communication with the account team.
