You will ensure quality, accuracy, and timely service while safeguarding against errors and omissions.

The role involves renewals, submissions, contract review, billing support, and maintaining agency systems. Strong insurance knowledge and licensing, plus CISR preferred, are desired traits for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities and workflow of Support/Receptionist and Account teams.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related admin tasks.
• Support new and renewal business: client research, submissions, pricing, proposals, binding coverage.
