Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities for team support and account staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy issuances.
• Support new and renewal business with underwriting information, submissions, and proposals.
• Assist in contract reviews and manage delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
